Bill Buxton explains his concept of natural user interface design looking into the way we write and the acknowledgement that it is a ‘bimanual action that requires a coordinated skill of the two hands using different functions, touch and stylus’. As the video progresses Bill talks about the layering up of multi-modalities and these are ‘used together in context to create an intent’. All in all the concept Buxton shares with us here is extremely interesting. It is a glimpse of what is to come in the near future regarding device to device communication and these devices might relay information as an intermediary between to people.
